About

The Connecting Hamza is an educational NGO that operates in Israel, encouraging greater familiarity between Israelis, Jews, Arabs, and Palestinians.

Our Mission

The Connecting Hamza, NGO

Despite all living in close proximity, Israelis, Jews, Palestinians, and Arabs are increasingly disconnected from one another socially, culturally, religiously, and linguistically.

This is not only a tragedy because these groups miss out on appreciating the richness and variety of their shared land and region, but also because such a lack of familiarity exposes everyone to fear, mistrust, and disharmony.

Our mission is to bring these groups together through educational programs and cultural experiences, and foster a sense of familiarity and appreciation towards each other.

We hope that in bridging the gap between different sectors of Israeli and Palestinian society, we can all learn to not only live side by side peacefully, but also enjoy doing so.
